Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to company standards Maintain a clean and stocked bar area, ensuring the proper storage of all bar supplies Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns Take and process customers’ orders accurately and efficiently Create unique and innovative drink recipes to cater to customers’ preferences Adhere to all state and local laws about the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share recommendations with customers Certified diploma for safety protocols for food, drinks, and beverages preparation, if imposed by the local authorities of our business partners
Job Requirements
Previous experience working as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as their preparation and presentation Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
