As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in our operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our business partners’ guests have a memorable experience.
Job responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests in a timely and friendly manner. Taking and delivering accurate and detailed food and beverage orders. Providing recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assisting with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for service. Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge in food and beverage safety regulations. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift to 14 kilograms.
