For dance recitals or concerts, they choose the music and choreograph the performances. They may give lessons to big groups or individuals, too. In addition, they also assess their students and offer recommendations for development. The ideal candidates are the ones who are efficient and patient, encouraging and supporting their students until they reach their dancing goals.
Job description:
As a dance instructor, you will design lesson plans coach students in various dance styles and techniques, and create lesson plans.
Being patient with students and teaching efficiently are crucial components of this job. Your students’ overall performance and their desire to pursue dancing further will serve as indicators of your success in this position.
Supporting, encouraging, and motivating the students till they achieve their best dance learning objectives are the major aspects of this job.
