Outgoing character, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, must have the ability to understand and involve others
You should be physically resilient, because the profession of animator is very demanding, both physically due to the long working hours and mentally, as it is always in the spotlight.
You should be a good psychologist, understand the nature of the guests, and know how to deal with customer relations and requests.
Able to keep your emotional stress under control, as you are constantly in the spotlight and busy throughout the day, which puts a strain on the nervous system.
