Overlooking the stunning sandy beach of Marmari on Kos island, the Resort offers an exciting fresh perspective on what an ideal vacation in the Greek islands should look and feel like. Cocooned in lush gardens that cover 52 of its 65 total acres, this historic seaside resort is a family-run and family-friendly bungalows-style complex consisting of 341 stylish & comfortable rooms offering sea, garden, and pool views.
The Resort also represents the continuation of a celebrated 30-year-old hospitality tradition that began with the vision of our father, who fell instantly in love with the -then undeveloped- premium location. Established in 1991 is the first all-inclusive hotel in Greece.
Our exceptional facilities include 4 restaurants covering all taste preferences (main, American, Greek & Grill, snack bar), 3 outdoor freshwater swimming pools (all with kids’ areas), 1 dedicated freshwater outdoor kid’s pool, a private beach, a children’s playground, a variety of sports facilities (for tennis, basketball, mini football, beach volley, archery) and a kid’s mini club.
